•  Geographical scope (geographical coverage of the report, characteristics of the country and it's environment related to the issue. e.g. major rivers, coasts, mountains, cities, climatic systems, physical geography etc.)
•  Institutional arrangements for developing these reports (who prepared this report)

Social and economic situation (short overview of relevant social and economic aspects related to Atmospheric deposition. e.g. population, distribution of communities in the country (mainly coastal or inland communities), main income, anthropogenic activities which cause atmospheric deposition, transport, energy, industry)
